摘要
介绍了4台材质为14Cr1MoR、规格为Φ9 800 mm×37 001 mm×(30/32/34/38/42)mm的焦炭塔现场组焊后整体进行热处理的工艺、热处理过程中的防变形措施以及其他应注意的问题。
The establishment of heat treatment procedure and the measurement of anti-transformation and other problems are introduced after assemble welding at construction site and during heat treatment,regarding to the four set of coke drums which is made of 14Cr1MoR with diameter of 9.8 meter,height of 37.001 meter,thickness of 30/32/34/38/42 mm respectively.
