摘要
以间甲基二苯醚(MPE)对全对苯基位聚醚酮酮进行了改性研究.结果表明,随着MePEKK含量的增加,共聚物(PEKK/MePEKK)的对数比浓粘度、Tg、Tm和结晶度逐渐下降,但仍具有很好的耐热性,其溶解性得到了明显的改善.
A series of modified poly(aryl ether ketone ketone) were prepared from 3 methyldiphenyl ether(MPE),terephthaloyl chloride(TPC) and diphenyl ether(DPE) in a catalyst/solvent system of AlCl 3/ClCH 2CH 2Cl/NMP by Friedel Crafts electrophilic polymerization.The prepared copolymer of PEKK/MePEKK are characterized by IR,DSC,X ray,etc.The results show that the inherent viscocity(0.52~0.77),glass transition temperature,melting temperature and crystallinity of the copolymer decrease with the increasing of MePEKK content.But the copolymers still exhibit excellent thermostabilities,the solublity of the copolymer is improved greatly.
