摘要
自主招生的制度设计基于理论上的超越纯"绩效主义"、从科学主义走向人文主义以及教育选择的主动性与适切性,它的实施具有扩大高校办学自主权、体现高校的特色与需求以及人才选拔的综合素质目标等目标意义。但是自主招生试点高校在实施中也透视出一些问题,如高校人才选拔标准的趋同化、自主招生在现实中被异化以及导致新的教育公平问题等,需要在不断探索中进一步改革与创新。
The autonomous enrollment system design is based on the theoretically exceeding pure performance principle,and is from scientism to humanism and to the initiative and propriety of education choice.Its implementation reflects the target meaning: to open up the autonomy in running colleges and universities;to embody the feature and needs and the comprehensive qualities of the talent promotion in colleges and universities.But there are some problems during the practice of the pilot colleges and universities,such as the convergence of talent promotion standards,the dissimilation in the autonomous enrollment and some new problems of educational equality,and this needs us to strengthen the reform and innovation during our continuous exploration.
