河南城市化进程中的都市农业发展问题

A Research on Urban Agricultural Development Problems in the Process of Henan Urbanization

都市农业是指在城市中和都市外围,受城市经济、社会和生态影响范围内的农业。河南都市农业呈现出产业结构多样化、产业布局区域集中、农业生产组织方式不断创新、休闲生态功能日益显现等特征。但也存在着都市农业日渐式微、基础设施不相匹配、制度和组织建设不适应都市发展等问题。因此,河南要发展现代都市农业必须重视综合城市发展中的都市农业规划,并对其进行适度保护,按城市化标准加强基础设施建设,加强生产组织和制度建设的创新,为生态城市和都市农业发展打下坚实的基础。

Urban agriculture refers to the agriculture in and outside the city,influenced by the urban economy,society and ecology.The urban agriculture in Henan province shows the following characteristics: diversification of the industrial structure,regional concentration of the industrial organization,the continuous innovation of agriculture production ways and gradual appearance of the recreational and ecological function.But,at the same moment,there are still some serious problems in urban development: decline of urban agriculture,mismatching of the infrastructure,inadaptation of the system and organization construction.Therefore,if we want to develop the modern urban agriculture of Henan province,we must pay attention to the agriculture planning for the comprehensive city development and protect it reasonably,strengthen the infrastructure and improve the innovation of the organization of the production and system construction by urban standards in order to lay a solid foundation for the ecological city and urban agriculture development.
