《红楼梦》英译本的中国英语特色研究

A Study of China English in A Dream of Red Mansions

本文以中国英语的特点为依据,从词汇、句式和语篇三方面对杨宪益、戴乃迭的《红楼梦》英译本进行分析、研究,说明了如果中国英语运用得当,在表达中国特有事物中是有其独特作用的,以期对中国英语和外语教学发展的研究带来一些启迪。

This paper aims to analyze the English version of Hong Lou Meng—A Dream of Red Mansions,translated by Yang Xianyi and Gladys Yang,from the characteristics of China English.It focuses on the unique role of China English in translation,in the hope of bringing some insights into the studies of China English and the theory development of English language teaching.
