Individual Citizens and Political Communities——A Three-dimension Analysis of Citizen’s Political Entity

人是政治的动物,意味着个体置身于政治生活的必然性以及个体的政治人属性,这是公民个体与政治共同体密切交互关系的基本表征。政治具有解决社会公共价值与社会资源彼此分享与矛盾的属性,因而公民作为政治主体参与政治生活就具有了普遍性、公共性的特征;同时,政治人属性又必然在参与实践的过程中以构建和谐的政治关系为基本目标,才能维持公民个体与政治共同体的互动,构建良性的公共秩序。因而,在分析公民作为政治主体在与政治共同体互动的过程中,就具备了公共性、实践性与(公共)秩序性三个基本维度。

Every person is involved in political life which is the basic representation of the relationship between individual citizen and political community.Politics has the function to dissolve the contradiction between social public values and the sharing of social resources.Therefore,it is universal for citizens to participate in the political life as the subjects of politics.Meanwhile,citizens with political attribute aim to construct a harmonious political relationship in the practice so that the interaction between individual citizens and political community can be maintained and the benign public order can be constructed.In the process of analyzing the interaction between individual citizens and political communities,there are three dimensions： public,practice,and order.
