针对年轻教员教学能力现状,阐述了强化工程实践能力的意义,分析了导致年轻教员工程实践能力弱的成因,探索了培养年轻教员工程实践能力的新模式,提出并实践了强化年轻教员工程实践能力的举措.

In terms of the current teaching ability of the young teachers,the significance of strengthening their engineering skills was elaborated,the reasons for their poor engineering skills were analyzed and some new modes of training the young teachers’engineering skills proposed.Finally,a few measures for reinforcing their engineering skills were put forward and taken.
