多层住宅新型复合结构空间弹塑性时程分析

摘要 针对用于代替黏土砖住宅结构的新型"人"字支撑复合结构进行了空间弹塑性时程分析,研究了新型复合结构用于多层住宅的抗震性能。选择了三种地震波,计算了采用新型复合结构的某6层住宅在三种地震波作用下的一系列响应,得出该实例住宅的薄弱层均为第三层;在三种多遇地震波作用下,柱子和支撑轴压比均满足框架结构柱轴压比限值,梁、柱及支撑结构在最不利内力组合下的配筋在合理范围内;在三种罕遇地震波作用下,最大层间位移角均满足钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构限值。结果表明新型复合结构用于多层住宅具有良好的空间抗震性能。 The spatial elastoplastic timehistory analysis of the new "9" brace compound structure which would be used to substitute clay brick residential structure is mainly studied. And the aseismic performance of the multilayer dwelling which is adopted new compound structure is also studied. The three kinds of the earthquake wave are selected to calculate the responses under the earthquake waves and the place of the feeble floor is the third floor. Under the common earthquake waves, the stress axis ratio of the column and brace are met the finite value of the frame column' s. The reinforced ratio is also in reasonable range. Under the unusual earthquake waves, the maximum interbedded displacement angle are met the finite value of the reinforced concrete frame-shearing wall. The new compound structure which would be used to muhilayer dwelling has the well spatial aseismic performance.
