摘要
本文主要研究了司来吉兰贴片药物含量的测定分析方法。先制备司来吉兰贴片,然后进行方法学论证。结果发现高效液相色谱法准确度高、干扰小,而且精密度、回收率和检测限高。因此高效液相色谱法是测定司来吉兰药物含量的一种有效的方法。
The objective of the paper is to study analytical methods of selegiline transdermal patches. The selegiline transdermal patches are prepared, then its analytical methods are studied. The results show HPLC method is accurate, reliable and simple. So HPLC is suitable for the determination of selegiline in patches.
