This paper introduces the main technology characteristics of electronic transformer,intelligent circuit-breaker,network structure project,monitoring system in Baoding Baiyangdian 220 kV digital substation in detail,and comes up with the solution program on some important questions during the engineering design,such as,electronic transformer second-saturation,GOOSE network structure design and so on,and also puts forward their own opinions on some questions during the construction of the digital substation.
