摘要
在超高比表面积活性炭吸附剂孔分布相同的情况下,研究了比表面积对天然气吸附储存能力的影响。结果表明,超高比表面积活性炭的比表面积越大,越有利于天然气的吸附储存,且吸附储存天然气的能力受吸附温度和压力的影响越明显;在吸附压力低于3.5MPa时遵从乘幂关系,高于3.5MPa时呈线性关系。在273K、9.0MPa时,对于孔分布相似的活性炭,比表面积增加23.7%时,天然气脱附量增加25.5%,比表面积达3348m2/g时天然气脱附量达1248.4mL/g。
Influence of specific surface area of super-high specific-surface-area activated carbon on adsorption storage of natural gas was studied under the condition of the same mesoporous distribution. The results showed that high specific-surface-area was advantageous for storage of the adsorbed natural gas. Adsorption amount of natural gas evidently depends on the pressure and temperature for activated carbon with high specific-surface-area. The adsorption amount of natural gas under low pressure(3.5 MPa) follows the exponential equation. The adsorption amount of natural gas increases with the increment of the pressure and it abides to the linear equation when pressure is higher than 3.5 MPa. At 273 K and 9.0 MPa, natural gas desorption amount increased 25.5 % when the specific surface area increased 23.7 % for same pore size distribution of activated carbon, while the natural gas desorption amount reached 1 248.4 mL/g when the specific surface area reached 3 348 m2/g.
