针对某高速公路桥台软土路基工程地质情况,对高压旋喷注浆设计程序、扩底桩选型、设计桩长确定与设计计算方法进行了探讨,其中设计计算主要包括承载力与沉降计算。并介绍了高压旋喷扩底桩施工工艺及施工质量控制措施。

The engineering geology condition of the soft soil subgrade under the abutment is introduced.The design procedure of the pressure grouting pile,the selection of pile,the pile length determination,design and calculation of the pile is discussed.And the design and calculation includes capacity and settlement calculation two respects content.Then,the high-pressure rotary spray pile con-struction craft,the construction quality control measures and construction supervision,quality control and quality monitoring and testing is analyzed.
