摘要
在分析贵州高速公路融资现状的基础上,阐明了将资产证券化应用于贵州高速公路融资的意义,进而探索建立一套以政府设立、全省SPV为核心的高速公路资产证券化运作模式,并提出几点建议。
On the basis of the analysis for the financial status of Guizhou expressway, the paper elucidated the meaning of asset securitization financing in Guizhou expressway, and then explored the establishment of a SPV with the government as the core, and some suggestions for Guizhou expressway asset securitization were provided.
