摘要
通过介绍卧式刮浆式制取动态冰浆的方法,运用传热学和流体力学理论,建立动态冰浆制取的数学模型。利用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真工具建立动态冰浆制取的仿真模型,仿真运行盘管管径、导热系数和载冷剂流量对换热量的影响。仿真结果与理论相符,为冰浆制取装置的研发提供参考。
According to introducing the method of dynamic ice slurry made from horizontal scraped slurry, its mathematical model was set up based on the heat transfer and hydrodynamics theory. The dynamic iee slurry simulation model was set up used the MATLAB/ SIMULINK simulation tools. The simulation was run to show the heat exchanged influence of the coin diameter, the thermal conductivi- ty and the refrigerating medium flow. The results of the simulation conformed to the theory. It can provide a reference to research the dynamic ice slurry equipment.
