摘要
胍胶、羟乙基聚合物等常规压裂液存在残渣二次污染缺陷,对低渗砂岩伤害尤甚。室内试验表明粘弹性清洁压裂液具有抗剪切性能好、携砂能力强、摩阻低、破胶彻底等特点,通过与胍胶压裂液对比试验分析,表明粘弹性清洁压裂液具有更好的流变性能和降滤失性能,并使渗透率恢复率提高了5倍。现场应用证实了VES-50粘弹性清洁压裂液对储层污染小,压裂效果优于常规聚合物压裂液,非常适用于低渗砂岩储层的压裂改造。
Conventional fracturing fluid such as guanidine gel and ethylol polymer exit bottom sludge second pollution default,especially low permeable sandstone damage.Laboratory testing shows that viscoelatic behavior cleaning fracturing fluid has the advantages of excellent shearing performance,powerful proppant carrying capacity,low friction resistance, complete viscosity break.By means of comparative test analysis of guanidine gel fracturing fluid,it has excellent rheological property and drop filtration property that has been improved five times of permeability recovering ratio.The field application proves that VES -50 viscoelastic behavior cleaning fracturing fluid affect minor reservoir pollution.The postfracture response is superior to conventional polymeric compound fracturing fluid and greatly suit for fracturing stimulation of low permeable sandstone reservoir.
