改良型CJST塔盘在胺法天然气脱硫工艺中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 胺法天然气脱硫工艺中,采用的醇胺溶液在循环使用过程中存在易降解、易发泡的问题。长庆气区天然气净化厂脱硫装置受塔盘结构和原料气气质影响,脱硫塔在生产运行中经常发生拦液问题,严重影响装置的安全运行及供气,并且由于胺液夹带,造成硫磺回收、锅炉等相关生产单元生产波动。根据胺液发泡的机理,对比分析了缓解发泡的主要措施及效果。并在理论分析和前期试验的基础上,引进了改良型CJST型塔盘在胺法天然气脱硫装置上开展现场应用试验,通过试验,该塔盘不仅成功解决了脱硫塔拦液频繁的问题,并且克服了以往CJST塔盘脱碳效率低、塔顶带液的问题。 On eliminating sulfur from natural gas using amine solvent method,the mixed amine is easily degraded and foamed in revolving use.The problem of fluid being blockd is often happen in the desulfurizing tower,because of the tray structure and the virgingas property of Changqing gas field,which affects production and safety.And the carried amine results in the related unit as SRU、boiler unstable.According to the mechanism of foaming,contrastive analyzing the main ways to slow down foaming and the result,on the base of theoretical analysis and Pre-test,improved CJST Tray is apled and tested in the field on eliminating sulfur from natural gas using amine solvent method.Through test comparision,this tray can resolve the problem of fluid being blockd in the desulfurizing tower,and overcame the problem of low rate of decarburization and gas carrying liquid.
