摘要
乙烯裂解炉套管式废热锅炉发生内管泄漏和变形失效。通过试验对失效原因进行了分析,指出长期高温环境下运行,内外表面氧化腐蚀,组织严重球化和石墨化,是导致失效的主要因素,提出了改进意见。
The tube waste heat boiler in ethylene cracking unit of some companywas occurred leak and deformation failure on the inner tube.This paper makes some analysis and discussion for failure reason by testing.Themain factorof failure is the tube is long time operating under over temperature.Thispaper gives some adviseson design and processoperation.
