摘要
本文以江苏油田M-M-H小口径长输管线为例,介绍了管线结垢可溶性组分的静态溶垢实验分析方法;以及监测化学清洗剂的溶垢效率、腐蚀性、硫化氢抑制能力的流动模拟实验流程。根据现场实际情况,分段采用物理、化学复合清洗技术,有效的清除了管线结垢,达到了降低集输压降的目的。
Case study of Jiangsu Oilfield M-M-H small-diameter long-distance pipeline,this paper introduces the static test methods of analysis soluble components of pipeline scaling,and explains the flowing simulation test experimental device of detecting chemical cleaning agents of dissolving,corrosion and restraining sulfide hydrogen.According to the actual situation on site,physical and chemical compound cleaning technology was selected respectively for cleaning the pipe,and the purpose of reducing the pressure drop of pipeline was obtained.
