天津某乳业有限公司高浓度有机废水和清洗废水处理和清洗废水采用水解酸化—接触生物氧化—流化床工艺,出水标准执行中华人民共和国《污水综合排放标准》（GB 8978—1996）的规定中的二级废水排放标准,即：CODCr≤150mg/L、BOD5≤30mg/L、SS≤150mg/L、pH=6~9。经过调试,其出水完全符合国家二级污水排放标准。长期连续运行表明：该工艺出水水质稳定,完全适合高浓度废水处理。

The high-concentration organic wastewater of a Dairy Co.,Ltd.,Tianjin is treated by hydrolytic acidification-contact Biological Oxidation-fluidized-bed process.Effluent standard requries for the implementation of Secondary wastewater emission standards of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard（GB 8978—1996）and that is： CODCr≤150mg/L、BOD5≤30mg/L、SS≤150mg/L、pH=6～9.After commissioning,the effluent quality completely requeries foe secondary wastewater emission standards.Through long-term continuous operation,it shows： the effluent quality treated by the process is stable and the process fully suites for wastewater treatment.
