With the rapid development of commercial banks＇ wealth management business,some dissimilation has appeared in the business to disguise loan scales and reduce credit thresholds,which could be a source of potential risks.This paper analyzes four types of dissimilation and the risks they pose to banks＇ wealth management business,and provides some policy suggestions.
