石油化工企业事故储存设施的统筹设计

OVERALL DESIGN OF STORAGE EQUIPMENT FOR ACCIDENT IN PETROCHEMICAL ENTERPRISE

石油化工企业事故储存设施设置的目的,是为了防范和控制石油化工企业在发生事故时或事故处理过程中产生的物料泄漏和污水对周边水体环境的污染及危害,防止产生大量泄漏的可燃液体对周围设施产生火灾事故的威胁。在事故储存设施设计时,应将事故存液池、事故储存池、受污染的消防水池、雨水监控池等厂内可以储存泄漏可燃液体和污染消防水的所有储存设施纳入全厂事故储存设施中统筹考虑。

The purpose of installing accident storage facilities in petrochemical enterprises is to prevent and control pollution and damage to the peripheral water environment caused by leakage and sewage of production materials produced during an accident or in the process of accident disposal. Thus the threat of a fire accident caused by considerable leaking flammable liquid to the surrounding facilities may be prevented. When designing accident storage facilities,all storage facilities that may store leaking flammable liquid and polluted firefighting water such as liquid storage pool for accident,storage pool for accident,polluted fire firefighting water pool,rainwater monitoring pool,etc. should be taken into integrated consideration.
