自助加油站安全管理问题的探讨

DISCUSSION ON SAFETY MANAGEMENT OF SELF-HELP GAS STATION

简要介绍了自助加油站的现状以及与传统加油站相比所具有的优点,同时指出了目前自助加油站在安全管理方面存在的顾客安全意识淡薄、安全图解图标不清晰、违规操作以及缺少系统规范的规章制度等问题,提出了解决这些问题的主要措施。一是积极引导顾客树立安全意识;二是加强对自助加油站的现场监督;三是张贴醒目明了的图解图标;四是配备充足的安全设备设施;五是制定实施系统规范的相关制度;六是加大安全科技的投入力度。

This paper briefly introduces the present situation of self-help gas station and its advantages over traditional one. Meanwhile,it points out some problems existing in the safety management of self-help gas station including low safety consciousness among customers,unclear safety diagrams and icons,violation of operation,lack of corresponding systematic rules and regulations,etc.. And the paper proposes main measures to solve these problems as follows:the first measure is to actively guide the customers to build up a sense of security; the second one is to strengthen the on-the-spot supervision of the gas station; the third is to put up clear eye-catching diagrams and icons; the fourth is to be equipped with adequate safety equipments; the fifth is to frame related system for implementing systematic norms; and the sixth measure is to invest more in safety technology.
