DISCUSSION ON THE CONTRACTOR'S NEW SAFETY MANAGEMENT MODE IN THE CONSTRUCTION AND OVERHAUL OF PETROCHEMICAL UNIT

通过分析石化装置施工检修中承包商的安全管理特点,提出用服务理念替代监管思维,用"五化"管理模式对承包商进行安全管理,有效提高承包商安全管理水平,保证装置检修、施工现场的安全。

Through analyzing the characteristic of safety management of contractors in the construction and overhaul of petrochemical unit,this paper proposes to replace the supervision concept with the service idea and utilize the 'Five Methods' pattern to improve contractors' safety management effectively so as to ensure the safety of the petrochemical unit during construction and overhaul.
