摘要
本研究将层次分析法和模糊数学应用到石化企业事故应急管理状况评价中,建立了科学的事故应急管理评价指标体系和模糊综合评价模型,并利用建立的体系和模型对某石化企业的事故应急管理状况进行了综合评价。结果表明该指标体系和模糊综合评价模型可操作性强,能够取得较好的评价效果。
In this study,AHP and fuzzy mathematics are applied to evaluate the emergency management in petrochemical enterprise. Scientific evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of emergency management are established and utilized to make a comprehensive evaluation on the emergency management of petrochemical enterprise. The results show that the index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are highly feasible and can achieve better evaluation effect.
