摘要
轻油密闭装车设施可有效地降低轻油损耗,减轻环境污染,保证油气储运设施安全,因而广泛应用于油气田轻烃回收装置中。但这种系统的安全性是基于装卸、运输各个环节为全密闭、全压力条件。若运输或卸车过程中出现开放状态,则空气将有可能进入车载轻油罐内,并在装车过程中通过气相平衡线进入轻油储罐中,形成爆炸混合气体,这将给轻油储运系统带来极大安全隐患。通过对油气田轻油装车安全隐患进行分析,从管理和技术两个方面提出了风险防控措施,以此提高轻油储运设施的安全性。
Since light oil sealing loading facilities can effectively reduce the wastage of light oil,mitigate environmental pollution and ensure the safety of facilities of oil and gas storage and transportation,they are widely applied to the light hydrocarbons recovery devices at oilfield. But the safety of such system is based on the condition that such system should be fully closed and under full pressure in all the loading and unloading and transportation links. If the system is in an open state in the process of transportation or unloading,it is possible that air would enter vehicle light oil storage tank through vapor balance line in the process of loading. In this way,explosive gas mixtures would appear which brings great potential safety risks to the storage and transportation of light oil. This paper puts forward risk prevention measures from the aspects of management and technology through potential safety risk analysis on light oil loading at oil and gas field so as to improve the safety of storage and transportation facilities of light oil.
