天然气脱硫过滤器液位测量波动原因分析

摘要 介绍了原料气过滤分离器液位采用双法兰差压变送器测量在生产过程中数据经常出现波动的现象,从测量原理、设备安装、仪表校验、工艺运行等多个方面分别进行了分析,鉴于过滤器介质密度的不确定性并处于高静压,建议选用导波雷达液位计或远传翻板式磁浮子液位计测量过滤器液位。 This article introduces the fluctuation of the process data in the production process with the adoption of dual flange differential pressure transmitter in measuring the liquid level in the feed gas filter separator. It makes an analysis from different aspects covering the measurement theory of instruments,equipment installation,instrument calibration and operation. Due to the uncertainty of the density of the medium in filter in high static pressure,guide wave radar level gauge or classic magnetic sub-level inverted plate with remote transmitter is recommended to apply.
