简要介绍了直接燃烧和热力燃烧在有机废气处理中的应用和特点,阐述了催化燃烧的基本原理和工艺特点,总结了有机废气处理方案选择的要点,并以某大型环氧丙烷/苯乙烯装置为例,详细介绍了催化燃烧技术处理有机废气的工程设计实例。
This article briefly introduces the application and characteristic of direct combustion and thermal combustion in treating organic exhaust gases respectively. It expounds the basic principle,the catalyst and process characteristics of catalytic combustion and sums up the key points in choosing organic exhaust gases treatment program. The article also takes a large-scale propylene oxide / styrene plant as an example to describe in detail the engineering design of catalytic combustion technology in treating organic exhaust gases.
