摘要
停车分区是城市停车系统规划的基础与关键问题。面向停车分区的目标,从分区的依据出发,构建宏观、中观、微观三个层面的分区体系,提出从微观集聚到中观,再过渡到宏观的分区方法,实现串联从微观设施配置、中观策略实施至宏观战略制定的整个过程。并以南京市为例,讨论了该方法在实践中的适应性。
Parking zoning is a basic and key problem of parking planning in city. According to the target of parking zoning,a zoning system was constructed from macro-view,medium-view and micro-view. The zoning method started from micro-view to medium-view,then to macro-view,achieved a whole process from collocating microcosmic facility,implementing the medium strategy,and constituting a macroscopical stratagem. Finally,the adaptability of the method was discussed by taking Nanjing as an example.
