摘要
以超稳Y沸石负载磷钨酸作为催化剂,对环己醇脱水制备环己烯的反应进行了研究,考察了影响反应的各种因素。结果表明,最佳的反应条件为:沸石粒度筛孔0.075~0.080mm,催化剂中磷钨酸的质量为环己醇总质量的3.6%~4.3%,反应温度为180~190℃。在此条件下,环己烯的收率在91.5%~93.9%,催化剂可以重复使用3次。
Cyclohexene was synthesized by dehydration of cyclohexanol with ultra stable Y zeolite supported tungstophosphoric as catalyst. The effects of various factors on the reaction were studied.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:the size of ultra stable Y zeolite was meshs 75~80μm,the amount of tungstophosphoric acid supported ultra stable Y zeolite was 3.6%~4.3%of the amount of cyclohexanol.The yield was between 91.5%~93.9%.The catalyst could be reused three times.
