摘要
以聚乙二醇200(PEG200)结构导向剂,以溶剂热法制备了氧化锌纳米材料,采用XRD、TEM、EDS、UV-Vis光谱等手段对样品进行分析表征。结果表明,在氧化锌生长形态的调控中,溶剂热反应温度在140、160、180℃条件下,样品分别为锤形、棒状和针簇样的形貌,且PEG对氧化锌生长过程具有协同组装机制。
The ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized via PEG200 as direction agent by using solvothermal route.The samples were characterized with XRD,TEM,EDS and UV-Vis.The result showed that:Morphology of hammer-like,rod-like,needle-cluster-like crystal was obtained by changing solvothermal reaction temperature at 140、160、180℃.The cooperation and assemble mechanism of PEG to ZnO crystal growth is concluded in solvent heating condition.
