摘要
针对含硫、含酸原油加工比重的提高,常减压塔顶含硫污水乳化加剧、污水含油超标的情况,采用化学破乳除油技术,通过筛选得到适宜的破乳剂Y2,可以使常减压塔含硫污水中的油的质量浓度下降到300 mg/L以下,效果稳定明显、性价比合理,对水质变化的适应性较强,破乳工艺实施简单、操作控制方便,适合工业应用。
The paper puts forward the questions that the increase rising of acidic crude in industry,serious emulsify and excess of sour water on the top of the crude distillation unit,a new technique for crude oil emulsion is developed.In this method,the viscosity of the sour water fell to about 300 mg/L below by using a new demulsifier Y2.The result shows the new Technical is feasible,stability, and have strong adaptability,it is suitable for industrialized manufacture.
