摘要
对某冶炼厂320 kt/a铜冶炼混合烟气制酸生产中一吸塔带酸沫问题进行了分析,认为操作气速、酸温度、烟气温度、烟气夹带杂质和分酸点位置是影响一吸塔带酸沫的主要原因。提出了生产中避免吸收塔带酸沫的方法,即增填φ25的异鞍瓷环150 mm,将分酸爪埋入瓷环中;定期清洗酸冷器的水侧,控制一吸塔入塔酸温在70~90℃,烟气温度在220~260℃;控制好烟气中的各种杂质的含量。
In the paper,the problem of acid foaming in producing mixed sulphuric of 320 kt/a was analyzed.The results shows that the reason of acid foaming can account for operation velocity,acid temperature and flue gas temperature,flue gas entrained impurities and acid point location.At last,methods of avoiding absorption tower with foam in sulfuric acid production were given as foDows:1) temperature control:tower,around 70~90℃t;smoke,220~260℃2) flue gas entrained impurities control.3) using a magnetic ring with norm ofφ25 and 150 mm,and clean it regularly.
