红藤汤靶向给药治疗盆腔炎的临床研究

Clinical study of Hongteng soup target medication on pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨红藤汤靶向给药治疗盆腔炎的临床效果。方法用离子靶向治疗仪,将红藤汤经皮透入给药作用于维道穴,每天1次,10 d为1个疗程。对急性和慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察,均设实验组和对照组,每组急性40例,慢性120例。结果急性盆腔炎实验组总有效率为96.4%,对照组为84.4%;慢性盆腔炎则分别为94.7%和76.9%,各组之间的比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论红藤汤透皮靶向给药对急性和慢性盆腔炎均有良好的治疗作用,具有较好的临床推广应用价值。

Objective It is to approach the clinical effect of Hongteng soup target medication on pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Using ion target therapy device,Hongteng soup was given through percutaneous penetration on Weidao acupoint once a day,10 d was a treatment course.The curative effect observation on acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease was setup for experimental group and control group,and there were 40 cases of acute patients and 120 cases of chronic patients.Results The total effective rate of acute pelvic inflammatory disease in experimental group was 96.4% and that in control group was 84.4%.The total effective rate of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in experimental group was 94.7% and that in control group was 76.9%.There were both significant difference between the groups（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Hongteng soup target medication has both satisfactory therapeutic actions on acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which has better clinical extending and applying value.
