摘要
用ＨＰＬＣ法直接测定熊胆粉中牛磺熊去氧胆酸和牛磺鹅去氧胆酸的含量．采用ｓｈｉｍｐａｃｋＣＬＣ－Ｃ８柱，乙腈－０．０２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸缓冲液（７０∶３０）ｐＨ＝４．５为流动相，在ＵＶ－２０５ｎｍ下进行测定．本法具有操作简单、快速。
A high performance liquid chromatographic procedure,for the determination of tauroursodeoxycholic acid and taurochenoxycholic acid in bear biliary drainage powder is described.Chromatography is performed on a shim pack CLC-C 8 column and acetonitrile- 0.02mol/L phospate buffer (70∶30) pH4.5 and UV detection of 205nm.The chemical constituents in the above two kinds of bear biliary drainage powder were compared.
