摘要
采用ＧＣ－ＭＳ联用技术，对长白山地区的蓝锭果中挥发油的化学成分进行了分析．通过色谱图可以看出存在４０多种挥发油的化合物，经过数据库检索，鉴定了３１个化合物，其主要成分为正十五烷（１２．２１％）、十六烷（１１．６０％）、十七烷（９．４６％）、十二烷酸乙酯（５．
The chemical composition of essential oil of lonicera caerulea from Chang Bai Mountain was studied by means of GC-MS.Over 40 compounds have been extracted from the fresh berry and 31 compounds were identified.Among them,the major constituents are Pentadecane (12.21%), Hexa decane(11.60%),Hepta decane(9.46%),Ethyl decanoic acid ( 5.10% ),etc.
