摘要
对超细硫酸钡的生产过程中利用过氧化氢氧化硫化物提高产品白度进行了研究,通过正交实验和单因素实验对氧化工艺进行了实验,结果表明,该工艺添加过氧化氢溶液,可较大程度提高产品白度,相关的氧化优化条件为:氧化温度为60℃,搅拌时间为30min,用量为5mL。
Researched on improving modified superfine barium sulfate product whiteness by using hydrogen peroxide oxidation of sulfides, and the single factor experiment conducted experiments to oxidation process, the results showed that the technique, adding hydrogen peroxide solution greatly improved the whiteness, related product oxidation conditions for the optimization oxidized temperature for 60 ℃, the mixing time for 30min, adding dosage for 5mL.
