摘要
图们市水资源相当丰富，但开发利用程度很低，在开发利用中，存在着水质污染严重、水利工程设施不足、水资源浪费严重等问题．本文提出增强节水意识，积极采取有力措施，提高有效利用率和重复利用率。
The water resources of Tumen city is very rich, but the level of the develop and use is low. In developing and using, the water is polluted,the equipment is poor,the water waster,etc.The article refers:we should try to save the water from heart and make the water useful and reuseful.And we should develop the new water resources and propose reasonably.
