摘要
以平板型EPS(聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料)材料为研究对象,对其进行了振动特性的研究.考虑到材料的非线性粘弹性,建立起相应的数学模型;然后,通过应力松弛试验,用非线性最小二乘法对模型进行曲线拟合,以识别模型参数.最后,对材料进行振动试验,其试验结果与理论上对模型参数的解释较好吻合,说明该理论研究是符合客观实际的.
Characterization of EPS cushion material under vibration is employed.The mathematical model of the cushion material is established using non linear viscoelastic theory.By means of the stress relaxation test,the parameters of the model are determined by using non linear program.We analyse the parameters.The mathematical model has been proved by vibration test.
