Approach to Bounded Rational Decision in Venture Investment Project

以有限理性理论为视角,首先论证了投资风险决策是有限理性的,然后分别从投资项目风险评估、投资项目收益评价以及投资项目策略确定与调整3个维度,探讨了风险投资的有限理性实现途径,对传统评价方法进行了完善与改进。

Based on the bounded rationality theory,this paper has proved that the investment decision was bounded rational. Through the venture estimation,the benefit evaluation and also the decision-making and adjustment of investment project, this paper has probed into the approaches to make bounded rational decision and improve the traditional evaluation methord.
