Influence of Relationship Networks Embedded among Jinjiang SME Cluster on Competitive Advantage

福建中小企业集群在建设海峡西岸经济区、推动福建经济发展过程中具有举足轻重的作用,晋江市更是以中小企业集群为主构筑了独具特色的区域经济优势。依据关系网络嵌入理论,探讨了关系性嵌入、结构性嵌入、认知性嵌入对晋江中小企业集群竞争优势的影响,并认为企业嵌入关系网络有利于形成战略协同,以实现资源整合、业务合作和知识学习。

Fujian SME clusters plays a decisive role in building the West-Straits Economic Zone and promoting the process of Fujian＇s economic development.Jinjiang is even based on SME Cluster to build a unique cluster-based regional economic advantage.Therefore,based on the embeddedness theory of relationship network,this paper discusses the influence of relational embeddedness,structural embeddedness and cognitive embeddedness of Jinjiang SME cluster on competitive advantage,to prove enterprise embedded in the relationship network is conducive to the formation of strategic synergy,which is in order to achieve integration of resources,business cooperation and knowledge learning.
