摘要 利用高技术产业2000-2007年的统计数据,运用面板数据模型,对我国高技术产业的R&D投入产出关系进行了实证研究。首先归纳出我国高技术产业R&D活动的特点,然后建立变系数面板数据模型。结果发现:高技术产业R&D投入要素对产出的影响存在显著差异,经费投入对产出成果有着较强的促进作用,而人员投入对部分产业的产出成果贡献较小。最后,基于分析结果,提出了改善我国高技术产业R&D投入效果的建议。 This paper constructs an empirical research by panel data model on the relationship between R&D inputs and outputs of our country's high-tech industries by using the statistic data of high-tech industry from 2000--2007. At first, the paper sums up the features of R^D activities of high-tech industry,and establishes panel data models with variable coeffi- cients. The result shows that the influence of employees and fund on the outputs of R&D is quite different. Financial inputs plays a significant role in promoting the outcome,however,the contribution of employee inputs to products of some industries is quite small. At the same time, according to the empirical results, this paper proposes some suggestions for input performance of our country's high-tech industry and provides some references for the scientific decisions of related sectors.
