舌针花色组织的织疵分析与线圈力平衡研究

Defect analysis of the latch needle knitted fancy stitches and study of the loop force equilibrium

简单阐述了舌针成圈过程中线圈张力与织疵的关系;重点研究分析了各类花色组织的线圈受力情况及力平衡的控制,指出控制和应用好线圈张力且尽量使所有的线圈均衡受力是控制织疵、降低用纱要求、提高产品质量和增加产量的关键;例举了几个突破常规的线圈受力思路,如使某些线圈张力失控开发具有创造性的产品以及应用巧力使一些编织困难的结构正常投产等。

This paper studies the relationship between the loop tension and knitting defects in the latch needle loop forming process,and mainly analyzes forces exerted on loops of different fancy stitches and control of loop force equilibrium. It is concluded that keeping the loop force equilibrium is the key point to remove defects,reduce the requirements on the knitting yarns,improve the quality of products and increase the output. A few examples are also given in this paper to show how to develop new products and knit some of the difficult structures by the way of controlling forces on loops.
