摘要
采用纤维素改性剂对棉针织物进行改性处理,实现酸性染料对其染色。探讨了棉针织物的改性及染色工艺,阐述了改性染色效果及改性残液的循环使用方法。结果表明,棉针织物的改性条件为改性剂浓度6g/L、烧碱用量为4~6g/L,40℃开始,升温至70~80℃,处理30min后水洗至中性;改性棉针织物的酸性染料染色条件为40℃入染,升温至80℃无盐中性条件下染色30min;酸性染料能对改性棉织物上染,且不加盐促染、上染率高、色泽浓艳,但染色牢度有待进一步改善。
This paper uses cellulose modifier to treat the cotton knitted fabric and then dyes it by using the acid dye. The modifying and dyeing technology are studied in detail,and the modified dyeing effect and the recycling use of residual modifying liquid are analyzed. It is concluded that the modifying conditions for cotton knitted fabric is that the concentration of modifier is 6 g/L,the applied amount of caustic soda is 4~6 g/L,and heating the bath to 70~80 ℃ from 40 ℃,then washing it to neutral point after 30 minutes; the acid dyeing condition for the modified cotton knitted fabric is that the initial dyeing temperature is 40 ℃,then heating bath to 80 ℃ and keeping 30 minutes under the neutral condition without salt; the acid dye can dye the modified cotton knitted fabric with a high dye-uptake and bright and thick color but without adding any salt accelerant; the dyeing fastness still needs to be further improved.
