摘要
选用活性染料对圣麻针织物进行染色,对染色时间、固色时间、元明粉用量和碳酸钠用量等工艺条件进行单因素分析。以织物上染率和K/S值为衡量指标,运用正交实验法对染色工艺进行优化,得出最优的染色工艺:染色时间30min,元明粉25g/L,碳酸钠15g/L,固色时间30min。并以染色最优工艺对圣麻纤维织物染色,测试其染色牢度、上染率,以及染色前后顶破强力,得到耐摩擦牢度4~5级、耐汗渍牢度4级,上染率93.69%,染色效果较好,强力有所下降,但对织物性能影响不大。
This paper uses reactive dye to treat the Shengma knitted fabric,makes one-way analysis on the technological conditions such as dyeing time,fixing time,applied amount of sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate,and optimizes the dyeing technology by using the orthogonal experiment in terms of dye-uptake and K/S value. The concluded optimized dyeing technology is that the dyeing time is 30 minutes,the concentration of sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate is 25 g/L and 15 g/L respectively,and the fixing time is 30 minutes. In addition,measurements are made to the dyed Shengma fiber knitted fiber in terms of dyeing fastness,dye-uptake,and bursting strength before and after dyeing. The results are that the color fastness to rubbing is between level 4 and level 5,the color fastness to perspiration is level 4 and the dye-uptake is 93.69%. It is also suggested that the dyeing effect is excellent,the fabric strength decreases to some degree,but which does not influence the fabric property too much.
