单塔多级吸收反应器设计与软锰矿浆烟气脱硫实验研究

Design of Multistage Reactor and Study on Flue Gas Desulfurization with Pyrolusite Slurry

用软锰矿浆在单塔多级吸收反应器中进行烟气脱硫并副产硫酸锰的实验研究,对反应器的优缺点进行了实验验证,并确立了反应器的设计参数及工艺参数,实验结果表明了单塔多级烟气脱硫吸收反应器有着很多方面的独特性能。

The flue gas desulfurization with pyrolusite slurry and preparation of manganese sulfate in a multistage reactor were studied.The merits and demerits of the reactor were validated by experiments,and the design parameters and process parameters of the reactor were established.The experiment results show that the multistage reactor has many unique features.
