图文分离是工程图纸智能化输入系统的重要组成部分。提出了一种基于特征点的粘连字符的图文分离方法，即通过对图的这历，建立ＢＡＧ数据结构，提取特征点，求得粘连字符的连通城，以及最小外接矩形的方法。

The seperation of characters is a important part of the engineering blue- print intelligent input system which we developed. On the basis of characteristic points, a new seperation method is presented. That is, with traversing drawing, building BAG structure, extracting characteristic point to gain area of characters.
