摘要
采用氧化还原引发体系异丙苯过氧化氢/硫酸亚铁/焦磷酸钠/葡萄糖(CHP/FES/SPP/Dx)引发丙烯酸丁酯/苯乙烯-丙烯腈核壳乳液聚合。系统研究了引发体系的引发机理以及各组分的量及配比等因素对聚合反应的影响。研究表明,聚合速率和转化率随CHP或Dx量增加而提高;恒定CHP和Dx量及SPP/Fe2+质量比,聚合速率和转化率随着SPP、Fe2+量增加先迅速增加后变化不大;用透射电子显微镜观察了聚合物乳胶粒的形态。
In this study, styrene-acrylonitrile grafted onto poly-butyl acrylate was synthesized using a redox initiator system: cumene hydroperoxide/ferrous sulfate heptahydrate/ethyl salt/sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate (CHP-Fe^2+ -EDTA-SFS) via core-shell emulsion polymerization. The influence of component content and the mechanism in the redox system was studied systemically. It is found that the polymerization rate and the conversion increase with the contents of CHP and Dx. And it is also found that the polymerization rate increases significantly firstly, and then decreases with ferrous ions when the ratio of SPP/Fe^2+ is fixed. The morphology and distribution of particles were also investigated. It is found monodispersion core-sheU particles are obtained.
