摘要
选用聚团状多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)及氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)等改性剂对聚氯乙烯(PVC)进行抗静电及增韧研究,测试及分析了PVC共混体系的电性能、耐热性能及聚团状多壁碳纳米管在不同复合体系中的分散。结果表明,添加一定量的MWNTs能明显提高材料的抗静电性能。加入MWNTs后,复合体系的热稳定性有所提高,在不同体系中由于相结构的不同,效果差别很大。MWNTs/CPE/PVC体系具有较高的抗静电效果及综合性能。
Antistatic and thermal stability studies of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and thermoplastic chloride polyethylene (CPE) or ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) were investigated. The electrical properties and thermal stability of the composites and dispersion of the MWNTs were measured and analyzed. The results indicate that proper addition of MWNTs sufficiently improves the antistatic properties. The thermal stability of the composites is improved by MWNTs addition. The stability properties of the two type composites are more different due to the different structures of the system. The MWNTs/CPE/PVC composite has higher antistatie and overall properties.
