干部病房老年痴呆患者亲属心理状况调查分析

Psychology condition of relatives of senile dementia patient in cadre ward

目的探讨干部病房老年痴呆患者亲属心理状况。方法应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90),对30例老年痴呆患者亲属进行调查,并与30例非老年痴呆患者家属及中国人常模对照。结果老年痴呆患者亲属和非老年痴呆患者亲属焦虑得分分别为38.47±10.82分和35.40±6.84分,高于中国人常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。老年痴呆患者亲属SCL-90量表总分、总均分、阳性项目数、阳性症状均分及躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑因子分高于中国人常模且总分、阳性症状均分及躯体化、强迫症状因子分高于非老年痴呆患者亲属组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应关注老年痴呆患者亲属心理状况,给予关心、照顾和支持。

Objective To explore psychological state of family members of patients with Alzheimer＇s in the cadres ward.Methods By application of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,symptom checklist（SCL-90）,30 relatives of senile dementia patients and 30 relatives of patients with coronary heart disease as control were investigated.Results Relatives of patients with dementia in scale SCL-90 somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal relationships,mental illness factors were higher than that of relatives of patients with coronary heart disease,two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Relatives of patients with Alzheimer＇s mental state than relatives of patients with coronary heart disease should be given more concern,care and support.
