摘要
目的深入了解长期涉核人员的心理感受,为军队各级医疗卫生机构对涉核人员开展心理干预提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学方法对15名长期涉核人员进行半结构式访谈,并用现象分析的方法对资料进行整理分析。结果通过聆听录音、阅读笔录、分析、对照、确认提炼出四大主题,即:工作体现了个人价值;工作中承受着不同程度的压力;个人缺乏有效排解压力的途径;渴望专业帮助以缓解身心压力。结论军队和地方相关部门应给予长期涉核人员积极、有力的生理、心理和社会支持。
Objective To comprehend the psychological feelings of personnel with long-term implication in nuclear development so as to provide a basis to implement psychological intervention for the military medical and health institutions at all levels.Methods Qualitative research method of phenomenology was adopted to perform semi-structured interviews on 15people with long-term implication in nuclear development and the data was analyzed with phenomenon analysis method.Results Four themes were extracted by listening to recordings,reading notes,analysis,control,confirming as:the personal values reflected by work;varying degrees of pressure in working;the lack of effective means of coping with pressure for individual;the desire for professional help to alleviate the physical and psychological stress.Conclusion Military and local relevant departments should give personnel with long-term implication in nuclear development active and strong physical,psychological and social supports.
